Our process - How we work

We work with agile sprints, continuous delivery and direct communication. From day one you have visibility of progress and can adjust priorities according to business needs.

Discovery

The first step is to understand your project in depth. We schedule an initial call to learn about your goals, current technical challenges and expectations. We want to know what problem we're solving before proposing a solution.

We analyze your current stack (if it exists), identify friction points and evaluate technical alternatives. If you have a legacy system, we audit it to understand dependencies and define a realistic migration strategy. Everything is documented in a clear technical analysis.

At the end of this phase you have a technical proposal with scope, recommended stack, high-level architecture and time estimation. No commitments until you're sure it makes sense for your business.

Build

We work with 2-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you have a functional demo with finished features ready to use. We don't wait months to show progress—we iterate quickly and deliver value from the first sprint.

We use GitLab/GitHub for version control and automated CI/CD pipelines from day one. Every commit goes through tests, code analysis and is automatically deployed to staging environments. Code review is mandatory before merging to main.

We maintain constant communication via Slack or your preferred channel. If something gets stuck or we need a technical decision, we say it right away. We don't hide problems or let them grow—we solve them in real time.

What I value most is transparency. If something doesn't work, they tell me right away. Zero surprises at the end of the project.

Deliver

Deployment to production is an automated and repeatable process. We use infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible) so everything is versioned and reproducible. Rollbacks are quick if needed.

Before launch we do load testing, security review and validate that monitoring is working. We set up alerts for critical metrics (uptime, latency, errors) and dashboards so you have 24/7 visibility.

On launch day we're available to monitor everything in real time. Once in production, we do a 1-2 week stabilization period with intensive support. Then we move to ongoing maintenance or on-demand support according to your needs.

Included in this phase

  • Testing. Unit, integration and end-to-end tests. Load testing to validate the system handles expected traffic.
  • Infrastructure. Automated deployment with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring with configured alerts and automatic backups.
  • Support. Post-launch support with stabilization period. Ongoing maintenance or on-demand consulting as you prefer.

Our values - Technical pragmatism focused on results

We don't chase hype or trendy frameworks. We choose mature, well-documented technologies with active communities. If something works and scales, we use it. If not, we change it without emotional attachment.

  • Clean code. We write code thinking about who will maintain it later. Clear naming, short functions, documentation where needed.
  • Fast deliveries. We prioritize launching quickly with the essentials and improving iteratively. A working MVP is worth more than months of perfect planning.
  • Complete ownership. We take charge of the entire system: code, infrastructure, monitoring and security. We don't deliver 'the code' and disappear.
  • Direct communication. No unnecessary jargon or empty corporate emails. If there's a problem, we say it clearly and propose solutions.
  • Security by default. Mandatory SSL/TLS, secrets in vaults, vulnerability analysis and security patches applied quickly.
  • Continuous improvement. Every sprint has a retrospective. Every incident has a postmortem. We learn from mistakes and constantly adjust processes.
