Build
Development moves in 2-week cycles. At the end of each cycle you have a working demonstration with completed improvements ready to use. Incremental deliveries make progress visible and allow priorities to change throughout the project.
Each change goes through testing, analysis and code review before it is integrated into the main version. Deployment to test environments is automated so the software can be checked before launch.
Progress, blockers and pending decisions are shared through your preferred channel, with a clear view of the project status and next steps.
Deliver
Launch follows an automated, repeatable process. Infrastructure configuration is recorded alongside system changes so it can be reproduced or restored to an earlier version when needed.
Before launch, security, expected traffic and monitoring are reviewed. Metrics and alerts make it possible to follow system health and detect incidents.
System behavior is monitored during launch. A 1 to 2 week stabilization period follows with monitoring and support. Maintenance or occasional consultations continue according to your needs and the agreed scope.
